Most recently Kerry served as Chief Operating Officer for Soundings® where she oversaw and optimized all aspects of business operations, including: Information Technology, Business Technology, Culture and Talent, and Human Resources. Prior to joining Soundings®, Kerry held influential positions at leading technology and events management companies, including Cvent and Freeman, where she scaled and led global teams of over 100 people, driving revenue growth to over $100M. Her background includes managing and leading Customer Success, Operations, Development, Customer Support and Development teams.
In her free time, Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs and participating in endurance running events…which she usually regrets about halfway through.
Jim has an extensive background in product and business management, most recently at Sutherland Global Healthcare, where he created and led the product management and implementation teams. He played a key role in bringing healthcare technology solutions to market, specifically in provider data management and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, supporting Sutherland's BPaaS services and solutions business
Prior to Sutherland, Jim worked at Advantasure, a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Michigan. He led a 50+ member product management group, delivering technology solutions for Advantasure's BPaaS/SaaS business and external customers. His work supported the delivery of Medicare Advantage services and programs to plan sponsors and members.
Jim also spent 23 years at McKesson/Change Healthcare, where he was responsible for a variety of payer and provider software and service solutions. He managed teams that developed industry-leading provider profiling analytics, supplying cost, risk, quality/HEDIS, utilization, and episodic data to payers. Jim supported the M&A team in the Health Solutions Business Unit and served as the executive leader for the McKesson (MedVentive) provider CVO. Jim also worked for the McKesson (Relay Health) HIE developing the payer/provider data platform solution.
Earlier in his career, Jim spent 10 years at MVP Health Plan in Schenectady, where he performed various administrative functions supporting plan members and providers; serving as liaison to health plan provider IPA’s. Additionally, Jim had a long-standing parttime role as a unit secretary in the ER at St. Peters Hospital in Albany NY.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Albany State University. He currently lives in southern New Hampshire with his wife and his two best friends, Darby and Finn, his Golden Retrievers.
For the past 25 years, Jim has served on the board of directors for LYFS the local youth football and cheerleading organization. He also served on the Londonderry Youth Lacrosse Association board for 10 years and for 23 years coached hundreds of kids as a US Lacrosse Association-certified coach. Most recently, he completed his term as a board member on the Town of Londonderry, NH Recreation Commission.

I’ve built my career on streamlining processes, optimizing team performance, and leveraging tech solutions to drive efficiency. Outside of work, I’m an unapologetic tomato soup enthusiast, finding comfort and creativity in the simplest of flavors.
Lily is a program manager with 12 years of experience leading transformation and operations projects across SaaS, Health Tech, and Commercial Real Estate. Much of her work has centered on improving processes, driving execution, and guiding cross-functional teams through moments of change. She's excited to leverage her background to support Wevise in driving accessibility and opportunities for all communities.
