In these multifaceted roles, Josie oversees diverse responsibilities, including project management, strategic planning, merger integration, human resources, information technology services, and general management.

Josie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences from Università degli Studi Roma Tre in Italy. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master's Degree in International Business at Florida Atlantic University. Furthermore, Josie holds a rich portfolio of certifications in key areas, such as operational excellence, program management, change management, process improvement, lean six sigma, crisis management, and event management.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Josie actively engages with her community by serving as a Board Member and Advisor for multiple non-profit organizations. Her diverse interests extend to music, mentoring teens, and advocating for orphaned children.
Sara Shinn graduated with a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in April 2022. Her areas of expertise include Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and General Administration. Sara has been an HR Manager for the last several years in the Manufacturing industry in high-growth and start up environments.
I joined the Wevise team as Manager, Operations. I love to collaborate in a world of creativity and teamwork! I'm comfortable navigating through daily tasks independently, but I truly believe that only together we can achieve amazing things.
