This partnership of corporate and nonprofit Alliance members, organized by Wevise, will run a 6-month career development program supporting 150 diverse adults as they begin their careers. Despite the strides we’ve made in gender equality in the tech industry, challenges in overall well-being persist. According to a recent article from DataCenter Knowledge, nearly a fifth of female tech employees are considering leaving their roles within the year.
