We are excited to announce a new initiative: the TechPath Alliance, debuting in 2025. This partnership of corporate and nonprofit Alliance members, organized by Wevise, will run a 6-month career development program supporting 150 diverse adults as they begin their careers. Despite the strides we’ve made in gender equality in the tech industry, challenges in overall well-being persist.
